Engineer Bio:
Eric Seibring earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1996.Prior to becoming the Piatt County Engineer in 2010, Mr. Seibring served as a Resident Technician in Iroquois County and also served as the Clay County Engineer. Eric is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois and actively participates in the Illinois Association of County Engineers (IACE) and has held the positions of District President, District Board of Directors, Legislative Chairman, Secretary, Treasure, Vice President, and is currently the President of the Association. Eric also serves in the National Association of County Engineers (NACE) where he sits on the Legislative Committee and the Pavement Preservation Committee. Eric has also served as the Transportation Official Division Chairman, Executive Committee Member, and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the American Road Transportation Builders of America (ARTBA). Eric lives in Monticello, Illinois with his wife Danielle.
