Engineer Bio:
Doug Staske was born and raised in Champaign Illinois, lived in Alaska for a number of years where he attended the University of Alaska earning a B.S. in Mathematics. Doug then obtained his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Nebraska. Although a native of the Champaign, Urbana area he has not attended the U of I, but does hold an Illinois P.E. Doug’s engineering career includes working in the private consulting field, and municipal engineering as well as county highway engineering. Doug has worked for Vermilion County Highway Department for 12 years, the past 8 as County Engineer.
