Received B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and a M.S. in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Kentucky. Worked 27 years as a consultant and served 20 years on the Marshall County Board. Appointed to be the Marshall and Putnam Counties Engineer in 2013.
Established on January 13, 1825, Putnam County originally encompassed much of northern Illinois. It's land area later was reduced to become the smallest county in the State. The County is named after Israel Putnam, a Major General of the Revolution.
